- Assist HR Manager in managing overall activities of human resources. - Develop and implement HR Strategic solutions that align with business needs and expectations. Provide advice to business leaders on people and team-related issues, manage and execute all areas of the employee life-cycle, provide reports & metrics on HR issues.
- Ensure that HR Strategies are aligned with business strategy
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

·Male/ Female around 30 - 37 years old
·Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in Law
·Have a minimum of 7 years of experiences as Senior HR or 2 years of experiences as an Assistant Manager
·Good understanding in labor law and industrial relations matters
·Business level in English
·Have excellent leadership skills, persistence, strong personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
·Will be located in North Jakarta
