DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN ? JOB SUMMARY? Assist HR Manager in managing overall activities of human resources. Develop and implement HR Strategic solutions that align with business needs and expectations. Provide advice to business leaders on people and team-related issues, manage and execute all areas of the employee life-cycle, provide reports & metrics on HR issues.?
Ensure that HR Strategies are aligned with business strategy
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?

1. HR Operations?

Improve Operational Efficiency within the Business by providing organizational support and managing infrastructure
Deliver HR processes throughout the employee life-cycle in a seamless manner (this also includes but not limited to partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, training needs, communicating employer information and benefits, conducting exit interviews etc)
Ensure that HR processes are simplified and administered efficiently
Efficiently produce reports and measures to track HR performance
Increase productivity throughout the business

2. Employee Relations and HR Business Partnering?

Develop? ?and?? implement?? programs and?? activities?? aimed?? at?? improving employee engagement
Ensure that people policies are reflective of our employee brand and core values as well as CMA Code of Conducts
Spend time listening and responding to employees and their concerns
Provide direction and support to employees in HR procedures and through the employee life cycle

3. Organizational Transformation?

Develop and implement intervention to shape cultural change for renewal and transformation
Design HR processes and programs that increase the organization?s ability to change

4. Strategy?

Evaluate issues, patterns, and trends to provide proactive insights for HR solution and program designs i.e. training to address certain needs
Partner with HR Manager and other leaders to grow the capacity of the organization?s key talent to include high potential identification (via Talent Management) and associated development programming, etc

5. Recruitment & Training?

Focus on managing training and recruit certain positions?

JOB SPECIFICATION?

Min. 5 year professional experience in multinational companies as HR Generalist
Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related disciplines
Excellent written and verbal communication of English and Bahasa Indonesia
Excellent presentation
Understanding of Labor Law
Strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR including Labor Law & compliance requirements
Proven client management and business literacy skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proven knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components to include sourcing; qualifying; networking; assessing; selling and wage/salary trends
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues
People-oriented
Highly motivated, result oriented individual with organization skills and ability to solve problems
