Persyaratan
- Maximal 30 years old
- Understand English & have SIM A (preferable)
- At least 1-2 Years of working experience as HR Administration/Generalist or similar role
- Required Skill : Excel Formula
- Conscientious (teliti), Detail Oriented, Hard Working, Positive Attitude
- Able to analyze data & work in strict date-line
- Willing to visit Outlets

**Work Location**: Jalan Raya Perancis, Tangerang

Tanggung Jawab

**Job Descriptions**:

- Maintaining personnel database (attendance, overtime, work schedules, people movement, leave, etc) & HRIS
- Recruitment process ( selection, interview, hiring, placement)
- In-charge for employment benefits especially insurance, BPJS (registration, update, termination, distribution, socialization, proceed claim reimbursement)
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- In - charge for HR administration duties & prepare HR documents
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
- Process employees' paychecks by collecting their payroll data and timesheets
