**Job Descriptions**:
- Handle the full spectrum of daily Human Resource administration.
- Manage attendance, annual leave balance employees report and send to the client every month
- Prepare employment contract & distribute it to the employee
- Ensure all relevant documents are properly maintained and up-to-date in our Google Drive
- Perform on/off-boarding process
- Check and process renewal for employee contracts that will be expired and confirm with clients
- Prepare HR admin letter, warning letter, etc
- Handle staff reimbursement claims
- Handle and provide respond and support to employee questions and matters
- Handle BPJS Health & BPJS Manpower reporting and system
- Liaise and deal with insurance for yearly renewal
**Requirements**:
- **Well versed in English**:
- Proactive and excels at operating in a fast pace, collaborative working style
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to perform responsibilities effectively
- Communication and interpersonal skills combined with self-assurance, confidence, detailed orientated and facts
- Review and analyze staff welfare and benefits compensation on a periodic basis and update client accordingly
- Familiar with Google Suite and payroll system would be advantageous
**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
