Housekeeping Trainee (Indonesian Citizen Only)

Purpose of role: Provide cleanliness support to the Rooms Department. Ensuring that the highest level of quality service is well maintained. Ensuring that guest tents facilities are clean and immaculate as well as all public areas. Support in providing laundry service and handling outside laundry company.The Housekeeping Trainee will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with Capella Ubud, Bali standard. The Housekeeping Trainee must become a role model of company's culture. Provide exceptional and professional levels of service to guest tent, public area and laundry.Cast key responsibilities:40% Handling tent servicePreparing arrival tentMake up occupied tentCleaning vacant tent 40% Maintain cleanliness all public areasCleaning back of the house ( staff locker, all office, training room, rest area)Cleaning front of the house ( Camp post, officer tent, armory, mad's lange restaurant, api jiwa restaurant. The cistern, all public toilet)20% Handling laundry serviceReceive and deliver guest laundryWashing, pressing and packing guest laundryHandling outside laundry company( receiving and sending linen)Washing, pressing staff unifromSummary of responsibilities:Consistenly offer profesional, friendly and engaging serviceClean all asssigned guest tent including dusting, making bed, soiled linen removal from the tent and retrieval of clean linen from linen room, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, Clear blind cleaning, replenish tents with supplies and amenities, checking and replenish mini bar.Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipmentUpdate and record all cleaned tentReport and return all lost and found articles to housekeeping officeFollow departmental policies, procedures and service standardsReport necessary maintenance itemsOthers duties as assignedQualification:Vocational high School and DiplomaProficient in english(verbal & written) essentialExcellent communication and organizational skillHighly responsible and reliableAbbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as apart of the team with minimum supervisionAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timeFrequent lifting carrying up to 30 lbsAccasional ascending or desending ladders and stairs
