DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Duties and Responsibilities : Contribute in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for the Department activities.
Developing and maintaining the annual Operating, Maintenance Budget. Implement and monitor sectional budget
Coordinate preparation of external safety audit which include ensuring all previous audit findings followed up and conducts regular safety audits and recommends specific accident prevention control measures including those related to safety training.
Manage and responsible to coordinates employee and contractor for safety induction, also coordinate Safety Steering Group Meeting
Manages and maintains Health and Safety records.
Plan and conducts Health & Safety management training programs for all employees & contractors
Inspects and tours company facilities to detect existing or potential accident or health hazards, and recommends corrective or preventative measures where required and inspect the contractor activities in the company related to health and safety policies and procedures.
Monitors and recommends company compliance with Government Regulations.
Provide accident report to Manpower Department, Jamsostek, and for insurance requirement for HR Department
Conduct/Supports accident investigation and recommends preventive and corrective action this includes develops preventive program based on the health and safety statistical analysis
Monitors performance of the medical contractor, manages the company clinic facilities at the sites and designated site
Supervise and administers an annual medical check up for employees also develop health program in line with the result of medical check-up and health risk assessment
Manage, analyses and develop physical and chemical sampling & monitoring program working
Responsible to coordinates all departments for following up register risks based on the agreed prioritized action plan as appropriate
General Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have (S1) degree
Minimum 7 years experience (Health & Safety/ Environmental and/or related discipline or combination at related, Min supervisory level 5 Years
Occupational Health and Safety Expert (by Manpower Department power operating and maintenance experience in a large modern coal fired power station)
Must understand Health, Safety Management philosophies of Indonesian Regulations and governmental standards/working practices
Effective interpersonal, presentation, verbal & written communication skills
