Starting salary from 15-25 million IDR/month, an increase is possible contingent on your experience and skill.
**Maker Interactive**
Maker is the company behind WorldMaker, a tool for creative users that allows for fast creation of photorealistic 3D Worlds using drag-and-drop controls.
WorldMaker is available on Steam, and is running on latest-gen Unreal Engine 5.
**Responsibilities**
As Head Unreal Engine Programmer—the second most senior position in Maker—you will be contributing directly to the codebase (documented fully in English) and programming core features for WorldMaker in Blueprints primarily and also in C++.
Being a lean and fresh company, you have the rare opportunity to build from the ground up the programming division of Maker.
We will hire talent under your discretion and to your exacting specifications.
You are expected to lead, manage, and delegate tasks to the programming team to solve problems and deliver features in a cohesive manner.
Alongside this, the advice you give as Head Programmer will play a key role in the direction of WorldMaker.
Expect to be collaborating with the CEO on a daily basis and taking part in major decisions affecting WorldMaker and the company.
Fluent understanding of spoken and written English is required, as you will be working with a codebase documented entirely in English, you are also expected to communicate your work in English to our Business Advisor, an American national.
In addition, you are also expected to set up a scalable version control system for the development of WorldMaker.
Familiarity with other game engines and information architecture is a plus.
**Required Skills**:
- Previous experience in programming systems in Unreal Engine using Blueprints and C++ in a commercial project,
- Fluent understanding of English,
- The ability to teach, lead and delegate tasks to a team of programmers,

This position is a full-time, on-site position at Maker Jakarta Office.
