Job ResponsibilitiesAssist and coordinate with the manager/director/department head in improving efficiency and productivity.Perform other administrative record-keeping tasks.Ensure the smooth operation of supporting machines, including chillers, compressors, cooling towers, and plastic molding machines.Monitor and evaluate each technical division, including injection molding machine setters, HDPE extrusion blow, and PET stretch blow, as well as the Maintenance division (factory machine maintenance) and Workshop/Machine Shop (lathe, milling, EDM, and others).
Plan work tasks for each division, including work programs, implementation schedules, and more.Participate in reviewing product complaints, conducting root cause analyses, and supporting repair work.Prepare regular reports for each project.Job QualificationMale, maximum age 40 years.Minimum education: D3 in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering for those with relevant experience.At least 3 years of experience in the workshop field.Physically and mentally healthy, not colorblind.Possesses leadership qualities, is responsible, confident, has strong analytical skills, and is results- and target-oriented.Proficient in reporting using MS Office.Able to solve problems and make quick and accurate decisions.Fast learner, independent, and has a positive attitude.
