Job Description Leadership: Lead the SCM Department, supervising three teams: Demand Management Team: Demand planning (sales forecasting), Supply planning (production plan confirmation), & Distribution planning (national-wide product distribution).
Logistics Management Team: Warehouse management, Transportation management, 3PL vendor management, Distribution network, Logistics cost management, and On-time delivery to customers.
Innovation Team: Accelerate process innovation and improvement activities.
Strategic Meetings: Responsible for leading the Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) meetings attended by CEO, CFO, Sales & Marketing, and Admin Heads to review market dynamics and make strategic decisions.
Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Finance departments to manage overall operations and achieve company goals.
Customer Engagement: Lead activities to increase sales revenue and market share, including potential customer selection, Joint Business Plan (JBP) agreements, and demand fulfillment.
Logistics Cost Management: Oversee logistics costs and optimize expenses.
New Product Introduction & Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure smooth transitions from EOL models and maintain accurate sales forecasts and supply plans to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Local Sourcing: Work with R&D and Product Managers to identify opportunities to increase the use of local components.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
Minimum of 8 years experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 5 years at a managerial level.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to balance strategic and tactical responsibilities.
Innovative mindset.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
