**Responsibilities**:
- Oversees demand forecasting, supply planning, and procurement to ensure resource requirements are satisfied
- Handle end to end supply chain process : Logistics, Procurement, Demand and Supply Planning, Warehouse, Inventory Management, etc.
- Lead proper execution of planning strategies in addition to overseeing activities of the Supply Chain Planning Team and directing the Planners to reach optimal operational efficiencies
- Responsible for leading a discussion with a team (Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales) to produce a scientifically based operational forecast and annual business plan to advise and challenge senior management when agreeing with the overall business forecast
- Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective
- Handle end to end supply chain and supply planning process
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong knowledge and experiences in F&B Industry
- At least 10 years of working experience in supply chain, with working experience in supply chain or supply planning managerial level.
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
