About the Head of Sales Operations Role:
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will lead and monitor the effectiveness of sales effort, planning and budgeting, and ensure they are aligned with the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates Planning, Sales Forecasting and Budgeting processes
As a key person to coordinate between suppliers and distributors
Reviews and identifies improvements on sales processes and system management
Maintains a high level of accuracy and consistency in the sales organisation's planning
Inspects sales process quality and understanding process bottlenecks
Accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports
Ensures compliance of SOP, conduct audit and transaction monitoring of stores
To succeed in this Head of Sales Operations role, you will need must possess deep knowledge in Supply/Demand planning and analytical skills as you will oversee the overall sales operations.
Key Requirements:
Degree in any discipline with minimum 10 years of working experience
Had experience in Account management or Sales
Extensive knowledge in Demand and Supply planning
Proficiency in English
