Head Of Sales & Logistic

**Job Description**:- Monitor and evaluate the progress achievement of sales and logistic goals and direct the corrective action plans, including monitoring and manage budgets- Maintain communication and networking strategy with external related to sales and logistic.- Design and execute sales business strategy- Responsible for managing clients, including in terms of negotiating prices and services to clients (existing and potential clients)- Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients- Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of the inventory.- Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers.- Keep up-to-date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them.- Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction- Understand and Comply with government rules and regulations such as: port/port traffic, factory access rules, etc- Monitoring oversee and review quality environmental, safety, and security concern to ensure compliance Goverment regulation and Company policy- Other duties as assigned including special projects as requested, e.g. ISO 9001/ISO 14001/Safety Program- Develop individual competency development plan to improve knowledge, skill, and attitude of subordinates.- Encourage and motivate the subordinates to optimize work performance.**Requirement**- Min Bachelor's degree, primary majoring in business, marketing or related field- Experience as Sales and Logistic Manager min 8 years- Have the ability to speak english and mandarin (fluent)- Willing to work in South Sumatera areaAbility to commute/relocate:- Palembang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
