**About the role**

We are looking for a leader who can inspire and manage our sales team and who is passionate about our mission to help millions of parents in Indonesia.
The Head of Sales will create the sales strategy and plan to drive growth across our multiple products with agencies and direct clients
- Build relationships with key agencies and large clients in the media and digital sector
- Understand and identify client advertising needs through account planning and profiling
- Create plans and initiatives to drive client engagement and retention
- Elaborate strategic and innovative proposals to help our partners
- Help the sales team develop the relevant skills and practices for achieving sales success by conducting regular performance reviews of sales teams.
- Work closely with the Heads of Business Units in Indonesia and our regional teams to replicate successful case studies

**What are we looking for**
- Work experience as Head of Sales or Account Director, preferably within the media and digital landscape
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on Sales experience in digital media
- Strong network and relationships in the advertising industry
- Experience running large sales and marketing campaigns with brands and agencies
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals for more than five people in the past
- Analytical and strategic thinker who is following industry trends and opportunities
- Good communication skills as this role will require you to work closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders
