Head Of Project Manager

**Job Desc**:

- Monitoring and controlling IT project in order to ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Preparing project management plan, project status reports and presentations, project deliverables and project documentation
- Manage changes to the project scope
- Coordinate project team to ensure completion of the project
- Manage the relationship with the users and all stakeholders
- Analyzing and managing project risk
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from informatics engineering, computer science or any related discipline
- At least 3 years experience in related fields is required for this position
- At least 1 year experience as a senior business analyst
- Certified in project management by PMI or prince2 is a must
- Good knowledge of IT system and infrastructure
- Good knowledge in Ms.Visio and project management tools
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision making
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills as well capable of multitasking
- Be meticulous and have attention to detail in performing the work
- Must be hard worker, independent worker and willing to work overtime and travelling
- Good interpersonal, good teamwork, fast learner, good communication and presentation skills
