About the Head of Product (Director) Role:
In this role, you will be trusted to lead a team of product managers, drive initiatives, oversee developers, and related stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, define, represent and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders
Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of product issues
Product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables
Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics
Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities
Monitor and manage strategic marketing plans for product lines
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in managing people and subordinates, managing multiple stakeholders, and willingness to be flexible in terms of ad hoc projects.
Key Requirements:
Overall experience of five or more years of product management experience is required for the role.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive management of products
Comfortable with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
Excellent communicator of product decisions and the rationale behind them
Proficient in English
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
Self-starter who can operate with very little direction and deeply collaborates with designers and engineers
Can easily switch between thinking creatively and analytically
Understanding of the technical architecture of complex web and mobile applications
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of Indonesia payments landscape is a plus
Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
