About the Head of Product Role:
This Head of Product role is at the heart of the company, a major fintech startup in Indonesia. You will be expected to lead and mentor a team of product managers, product planning, defining, and owning the product roadmap.
key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and mentor a team of product managers, developers, and related personnel
Product lifecycle management from concept to launch of the products across all products/product lines
Lead, define, represent and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders
Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results
Own the product roadmap and communicate with C-level staff, board members, and other stakeholders
Define pricing and competitive positioning for each product
Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive actions
Become the key evangelist of products and participate in press activities, conferences, discussions with thought leaders and market analysts
Work closely with engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements within agreed timeframes

To succeed in this role, you must have experience leading a team of product managers and have a successful product growth track record.
Key Requirements:
Deeply self-motivated and possesses an exceptional can-do attitude
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or other technical field from top local or overseas universities with a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, MBA is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and intuition of user behaviour
Data driven approach to decision making
Strong drive to make things happen, possesses charisma and the ability to influence
Passion for making the world better through technology
