As Head of People Development, this role will be directly reporting to Head of Human Capital Management.
This role will oversee 4 major areas of Human Capital which are Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
This department collaborates with internal and external parties to serve the needs of 180 - 200 employees.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Learning & Development**: Manage end to end Talent & People Development activities including driving company values through various programs.
**Employee Engagement**: Creating Employee's programs, surveys, social activities, etc that effectively engage employees as well as to get an understanding of people issues and challenges
**Recruitment**: Plan, monitor and execute end to end recruitment process & being a resourceful advisor related to hiring recommendation / strategy
Design, plan and execute Employer Branding activities
**Requirements**:
Minimum Bachelor degree and 10 years of experience in leading learning and development team and full cycle recruiting
Having solid experience in insurance industry is an advantage
Excellent communication with fluency in English and computer literate (Ms. Powerpoint is a must)
Strong presentation skills & experience conducting a full training for internal by his/herself
Able to develop training material both conventional and e-learning modules
Able to coach and motivate employee with constructive feedbacks
Demonstrate ethos of continuous learning and improvement
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
