Head Of Operational & Financial Risk

An operational & Financial risk manager works to identify and limit the risk associated with a company's operations & Financial Strategies.
As an operational risk manager, your responsibilities involve assessing business operations, identifying issues, and creating reports on your findings.
This role then help develop policies and implement changes to lessen operational risks.
**Job Requirement**:
Perform regular risk identification and assessment of Operations & Financial strategies & procedures

Identify and propose modifications / improvements to Operations procedure accordingly to the outcome of the risk assessment and other risk events.
Analyze incidents in timely manner and define, jointly with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks and follow up on the implementation of remediation actions.
Ensure organized and clear archiving of all evidences for controls' performances and results.
Provide regular and ah hock reports to stakeholders and regulator.
Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, diplomatic and negotiation skills including the ability to lead improvement process within and across functions

Knowledge of best practices for controls Life Insurance's operations is an added advantage.
A Bachelor degree holder with minimum 10 years of experience in Risk Management

Self-motivated, decisive with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
