Head Of Money Supply

Job Descriptions:
Lead money supply team in the FS domain to define our money supply strategy, source the right partners that fits into our strategy, and ensure that we optimize our profitability and scalability

Design money supply strategy in across domains and regions to fit into the overall FS strategy and business objectives, including but not limited to:
Understanding the different sources of money supply possible for business, and deciding the right mix

Determining the optimal commercial strategy for each of money supply

Approaching and negotiating money supply deals with potential partners

Working with internal product stakeholders to ensure the strategy is scalable

Lead the execution of the money supply strategy under the FS domain, working together with top level stakeholders in engineering, data, finance, other product domains, and other business units

Manage external stakeholders, especially regulators and key financial institutions to negotiate deals/obtain buy-in to execute our strategy

Take main accountability of the performance metrics related to Money Supply domain, and shared accountability for shared domains such as risk and other related departments.

Manage, lead, and grow the team to unleash its maximum potential

Requirements:
Min 10 years of professional experience

Having in depth knowledge and experience in managing money supply operations

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Having experience in banking/ financing industry is preferred.

Having experience in debt restructuring
