Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy - define and lead execution of digital strategy by leveraging existing businesses/subsidiaries and assets within the company and fostering digital synergy among subsidiaries
Implement and execute marketing programmes
Coach and develop the team
Lead a team of approximately 20 and grow one of its subsidiary company to be a solid and profitable business
Account for the business operation and P&L of one of its subsidiaries
To succeed in this Head Of Marketing Strategy and e-Commerce role, you must have at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
Key Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of digital marketing
Understand common business work flow processes to identify key controls and risk
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent in managing yourself, creating value and achieving results as an individual, and team player
Excellent in managing operations, achieving sales target
Good command of English, spoken and written (reporting)
