**Job Description**:

- Responsible for al Level 1 metrics focus and indvidual marketing leam performance achievement
- Lead Marketing Solutions, Online and Offine, and Creative Marketing teams
- Build strategic plan on how to Acquire and mantain both 3P and 19 sellers and buyers through In App and Out App assets and programs increase AgriAku market share through various marketing assets
- Ensure and monitor individual marketing team's metrics and Level 1 metrics focus achievements, and the potential impacts.
- Lead direct, manage, grow and monitor team of leaders and their teams
- Ensure coordination tetween Marketing team and other Merchandising and Commercial teams are aligned
