Head Of Marketing

Craft holistic marketing strategies for all marketing teams, including but not limited to branding, PR, communications, and creative
Recruit, coaching, and manage all marketing team with full coverage of technical and soft skills
Ownership of marketing budget with a responsibility to prove ROI on all spend
Leading and control the execution of all marketing channels, campaign, and marketing assets
Increasing mindshare of the brand using offline campaigns, content production, digital advertising, social media, and offline presence and events.
Evaluating important metrics that company awareness that supporting company key metrics
Contributing in key strategic decisions for the company including OKR process from formulation up to tracking
Requirment
5-7 Year(s) of working experience as senior roles in marketing strategy, marketing communication, or branding with proven outstanding track records
Strong analytical & strategic thinking and competency to use and evaluate marketing channel, tools and budgeting
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated great interpersonal skills with strong team management ability
Deep industry knowledge with a big plus point if the candidate has prior related job experience with the industry
Experience and ability to handle media and industry stakeholder to manage company tone & positioning
Relevant problem solving and analytical skills to build constructive teamwork in cross-division collaboration to meet company growth target
