About the Head of Marketing Role:
Due to great results and future growth plans, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for marketing-related functions, including marketing strategy, digital marketing and social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Prove ROI on all spend of marketing budget
Create marketing strategies using data and evidence
Manage traffic acquisition by means of organic initiatives
Implement particular projects to escalate awareness, reach and conversion
Work with Product Managers to improve on the marketing plan
Do market research to understand directions in the fintech industry
To succeed in the Head of Marketing position, you will need to have the competency to work effectively and co-operatively with the marketing team. A talented Head of Marketing is required for this newly established role.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of seven years' experience in marketing as a marketer and team leader
Solid experience handling traffic over organic campaigns
Strong background in digital marketing and social media
Analytical, clear communicator and highly-creative
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential
