A tower provider company is seeking a Head of Legal. In this job, you will assist its corporate and commercial legal matters.
About the Corporate and Commercial Legal Role:
You will be responsible for protecting and supporting the company's business, innovations and assets by designing and ensuring a robust business advisory and preparing a structure agreement and management of the business, including providing best consultancy and advice on every engagement structure and business projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse legal risks and opportunities when advising the business when entering a business projects
Provide legal advice and support in general corporate and special projects to protect the company's interest in every transaction to mitigate legal risk for the company
Negotiate, structure, and draft agreements and/or other documents relating to corporate, securities and capital market, foreign investment, manpower, intellectual property, financial and corporate governance matters
Provide legal advice and consultancy to the business on all legal matters
To succeed in this Head of Legal role, you should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of legal knowledge and expertise in a business environment.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor of Laws and a minimum of 15 years' experience as an in-house counsel and/or corporate lawyer with a telco background
Ability to challenge results, provide solution and form justifiable assumptions for the business
High personal integrity and commitment, strong communication and negotiation skills, independent and a solutions-oriented working style
