Level: General Manager | Reporting to: DirectorIndustry: Multi RetailResponsibilitiesManaging IT Team (Developer/Infrastructure/Data Center/ERP)Lead the strategic planning and execution of IT initiativesDevelop and implement IT policies and systems to support organizational goalsOversee the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutionsEvaluate and implement new technologies and systems (POS/ERP/WMS/Etc)Collaborate with other departments to understand and support their technological needsEnsure the continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of IT systems performanceManage relationships with vendors and service providersPrepare reports for Management on the status of IT operationsRequirementsBSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus5+ years of experience in Senior leadership in IT fieldStrong understanding of IT Architecture / operations managementProven experience in strategic planning and executionExperience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specificationsExperience in controlling information technology budgetExcellent organizational and leadership skillsExcellent leadership and team management skillPlacement: Jakarta (Monday - Friday)
