Head Of Internal Audit

A leading multinational manufacturing and production company is looking for a Head of Internal Audit to be responsible for all the company's audit matters along with other ad hoc issues.
About the Head of Internal Audit Role:
In this critical role reporting to the GM Internal Audit, you will be responsible for internal audit. Based in an industrial area in Greater Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to lead the internal audit team of an established company.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal departmental audits

Document findings and recommendations in audit reports for senior management

Coordinate management input on audit comment action plans

Follow up and review evidence of action plan implementation

Assist with audit committee meeting

Conduct risk assessment interview with senior management

Fulfil your role as a compliance committee member

Liaise with appointed external audit firm to perform specific audit requested

To succeed in this Head of Internal Audit role, you will need to have a minimum of five years' relevant experience in the telecommunication industry. You will also need strong communication, analytical, creative thinking, and leadership skills.

Key Requirements:

Accounting degree. Experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus

Minimum of five years' experience

CPA/CIA is preferred

Strong technical skills in internal audit

Experience working in a multinational/prominent reputable national company

Good command of English (writing and speaking)

Strong business acumen and understanding some related business processes

Strong analytical thinking with curiosity to find the problem or root-cause
