About the Head of Industrial Relations Role:
Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role will focus on designing and delivering industrial relations strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining harmonious industrial relations

Handling wage negations and settlements

Handling employee grievances and maintain harmonious industrial relations with union and workers

Negotiations with union on various issues like collective bargaining, wage settlement and agreements

Evolving suitable IR and labour policies and implement accordingly

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Requirements:

Degree in law or related field

Minimum of 12 years of experience, preferably from an FMCG background

Experience handling multiple unions is an advantage

Fluency in English is a must
