Our respected client is seeking a human resource professional who has strong background in HR, industrial relations, legal and manpower policies for the job of Head of HR. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The winning candidate will report directly to President Director of the company.
Key job responsibilities include:
Provide leadership and assist in driving organizational improvements and developments through the implementation of best HR practices
Ensure efficient coordination and team performance in accordance with the strategic plan
Develop, implement, review, improve and monitor HR standard operating procedures applicable to company operations in all work areas
Represent the interests of the HR Department in strategic planning
Ensure company compliance with HR policies
Establish operations expense and development budget via evaluation of business needs with regard to human resource management, systems, support and training
Monitor and control overheads and expenses as per approved annual budget
Utilize the performance and development plan to communicate and assess performance objectives, competency lists and development plans for direct reports
Ensure effective performance management system is implemented and aligned with regional directions in order to recognize desired performance for business advantage
Gain commitment of senior management to global and regional human resources programs and lead the implementation of new programs
Contribute to the process of enabling the business unit heads in building alignment on key organizational changes on human resources initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the company

Approve annual promotion for grade and position
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from reputable University
Min 10 years’ experience in a medium to large size manufacturing company
In Depth Knowledge in Recruitment & HR Regulations & Industrial Relations
Leadership & Teamwork
Problem solving skills
Excellent Communication Skills – English is a must
