Head Of Human Resource

A waste cooking oil collection company in **Indonesia **is looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Head of HR (Full-time)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, implement and administer human resources policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment law, including visas and immigration, work councils and unions
- Act effectively to enforce HR policy
- Handle payroll and ensure timely payment of wages to employees
- Handle communication with governmental departments
- Prepare and issue all HR and admin-related letters like employment agreement, confirmation, salary adjustment, warning letters, etc
- Monitor employee's contract dates and performs the necessary documentation
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law

**Requirements**:

- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proven 8 years of experience as an HR Manager or a similar role
- Experienced and comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment and a complex organization
- Background in law and a strong focus on HR compliance are preferred
- Responsible, mature personality with strong ethics
- Meticulous and high attention to details
- Strong knowledge of all related laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Strong leadership, motivational and people's skills

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR Manager: 8 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
