About the Head of Human Capital & Talent Management Role:
Reporting to the Human Capital Director, your role is to guide and manage human resources services for the company focusing on developing a talent management programme, ensuring the learning and development of employees is supported and long term succession planning is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the HR strategies aligned to the business objectives
All HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, salary and benefits, contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and any other HR-related issues)
Lead the work to regularly review the company's talent management processes within the business areas, including performance/potential management, resource planning and succession planning
Establish and maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering and measuring learning and development
Liaise with other managers to understand all necessary aspects of their learning and development needs and to ensure they are fully informed of corporate learning and development objectives
To succeed in this role, you need to have at least three years of experience in a senior position in a big organisation.
Key Requirements:
Master's degree from a reputable university
A proven track record of leading the delivery of HR functions to a high standard
Knowledge of and experience in introducing new ideas to improve employee engagement
Experience in talent management, succession planning and development programs appropriate to the needs of employees and the business
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
