About the Head of HRBP Role:
As the new Head of HRBP, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR and ensure that all programmes and procedures adopted stay aligned with the company's values. In this role, you will be reporting to Head of HR and working closely with the management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic performance management which align with company goals
Manage employee life cycle including attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and separation
Work closely with employee relations experts both internal and external to resolve issues
Provide advice and guidance on HR issues to the managers by coaching and mentoring
Initiate and participate in HR projects according to business needs
To succeed in this Head of HRBP role, you must have a minimum of 10 years' relevant HR experience handling a large number of employees within the retail and/or food & beverage industry.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in applicable fields such as human resource management
Experience in large organisations with complex operations
Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge in labour law
