- Led fundraising activities, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments, including industry analysis, due diligence, valuation, structuring of the deal.
- Managing investor reporting materials and management of strategic transaction activities, inclusive of cash flow forecasts, and bank partnerships.
- Liaises with senior stakeholders in creating financial plans and strategies that support the overall business objectives and creates, monitors, and measures financial metrics.
- Leading ad hoc financial analyses, developing and improving financial models, to assist management in updating and benchmarking company profitability and valuation as well as the potential for cost efficiencies
- Seek, establish & maintain relationships with Financial Institutions partners and work together with the internal team to leverage relationships that are existent for partnership purposes.
**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in relevant areas such as Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Advisory, Strategy consulting roles.
- Have extensive experience in conducting or being a target of thorough due diligence toward fundraising, M&A, and public/private market transactions.
- Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills, knowledge of SQL and Tableau is an asset
- Literacy in financial modeling and market analysis background will be beneficial
- Passionate in digitalization in the financial industry and possess an entrepreneur and growth mindset.
- Hands-on, roll-sleeves up mentality to deal execution
- Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to coach and mentor.
