Job Description As a Head of Finance, Accounting, and Tax, your main responsibilities will include: Overseeing financial, accounting, and tax operations within the company.
Ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth.
Managing budgeting and forecasting activities at the plant.
Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team.
Collaborating with other departments to drive financial efficiency.
Representing the company in financial negotiations and audits.
Preparing detailed financial reports for senior management.
The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: A strong educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CA or CPA certification is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Understanding of Indonesian tax laws.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics).
Skills in data analysis and financial modeling.
