Job Description Oversee the Finance, Accounting, and Tax and provide strategic financial advice to the ManagementMust understand and comply the local regulatory standard and other reporting requirementsExecute a proper and accurate month/ year-end closing, and all audit mattersKnowledgeable with the latest Accounting Standard in Financial Services industryFamiliar with creating and fixing the SOP for Finance departmentBudgeting, Forecasting, and Performance review of the businessPerform ad-hoc duties as required The Successful Applicant Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required, postgraduate degree is preferredMin 8-10 years of working experience in Financial Services/ Fin-Tech IndustryHaving a Big Four public accountant background in Indonesia is idealStrong communication in English and interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and work collaboratively with senior company leaderExcellent excel skills, strong analytic skills and attention to detail
