Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Engineering in Product Development teamDevelop and improve custom engineered steel products for mining & heavy equipmentTranslate client requirements into engineering design and fabrication-ready solutionsDrive value engineering, reliability, and continuous improvementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering10+ years of experience in engineering, preferably in mining, heavy equipment, or steel fabricationStrong exposure to custom product development (engineered-to-order)Proven leadership experience managing engineering teamsSolid understanding of heavy equipment, fabrication, and mining environmentWilling to be placed in any work loaction within the company
