A Head of Corporate Sales job has become available at an international tech company.
About the Head of Corporate Sales Role:
As the Head of Corporate Sales, your mission is to lead a commercial team to sales success. You will aim to grow and maximise the long-term sales value from corporate accounts through direct pitching to key clients, and management of your team. You also will be working with senior stakeholders throughout Indonesia to improve their online marketing presence. You and your team will be at the front line moving large offline businesses to online.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in the day-to-day operations of the commercial department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals
Present well-tailored solutions through product offerings, which include advertisements as well as key digital marketing products (Google, Facebook, etc.)
Organise workflow and ensure that team members understand their duties or delegated tasks
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients so as to maximise total sales value per client
Set goals for performance and deadlines for the team
Establish and monitor the performance of your team by managing sales reporting process and performance, and provide a forward forecast for existing and new clients
Ensure the personal development of your team by conducting needed training for team improvement
Create, prepare and present decks with well-tailored solutions for clients

To succeed in this Head of Corporate Sales role, you must be able to drive business decisions through data-driven analysis and cross-functional/cross-level collaborations.
Key Requirements:
University degree from a top university, MSc or MBA is a plus
Seven or more years of experience in selling, account management, relationship management, consulting, or meeting customers in any other way with at least four years handling a team and proven leadership skills
Knowledge of the property market is beneficial (but not required), the experience is a definite plus
Knowledge of digital marketing is beneficial (but not required), the experience is a definite plus
Good command of the English language
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to think both strategically and tactically with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, can work under pressure and enjoy achieving targets
Proactive, self-motivated and have the desire to push your team to succeed
