This position is a critical role within the Strategy division reporting directly to the CFO. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a large and reputable conglomerate company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the company's blueprint in accordance with the Company's vision and mission and divide it into annual plans, five-year plans, 15-year plans or further
Provide direction in making Quality Targets for the preparation of Activity Plans and Budgets in the SI Group
Monitor and evaluate Activity Plan and achievement in SI Group periodically
Develop and continuously refine a reliable management system to be implemented throughout the SI Group in order to achieve the Corporate Vision and Mission
Implement an effective and efficient management system throughout the Group
Together with departments or business units create a risk profile and make anticipatory plans
Periodic review and evaluate the financial impact of certain risks if they come to pass, and convey these projections to Board. Convince management to take or avoid certain strategic alternatives due to their risk profiles
To succeed in this Head of Corporate Planning and Risk Management role, you must possess good communication skill and be strong in business partnering.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's (or above) degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; Master's degree is highly desirable
Monimum of 10 years' experience in Corporate Planning and Risk Management
Highly skilled in presentation
Fluency in Indonesian and English
Sense of responsibility and ability to multitask
Positive mindset and motivated
