In this job, you will be responsible for valuation, projection and modelling to secure deals, managing fund raisers and extension of funds, providing recommendations for future investment, presenting to the management team, and providing opinions on company performance.
About the Head of Corporate Finance Role:
This position is a critical role within the Finance division reporting directly to the CFO. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a large and reputable conglomerate company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a blueprint for financial work plan according to company's goal and cascade it down to annual plan, five-year plan, 15-year plan or further
Complete process of handling large transactions, from planning and research through to execution and delivery of the deal
Provide strategic insight and knowledge to shape the financial direction of company
Advise on meeting targets and creating investment capital using financial modelling to predict outcomes
Research companies, gather information, analyse and make recommendations and appropriate financial decisions regarding potential investment candidates
Find and recommend financing alternatives for the purposes of developing company group activities and/or refinancing to be more efficient
Assist in preparation of Investor Due Diligence and structuring financial deals
Liaise with all parties involved in financial transactions, develops and maintains consumer relationships in order to gain valuable insights on financial matters that affect the business’s performance
Assist the Head of Investor Relations in negotiating with potential investors
Liaise with Legal Department in ensuring that financial transactions executed across the business are in compliance with government regulations and business policies. and also to ensure the Finance Department stays up to date with any relevant developing legislation
Review the Group's strategic financial position analysis results and recommend the way to optimise "Enterprise Value" and minimise the risk of financial Group
Review the Annual and Corporate Five-Year Financial Plan analysis results and recommend steps to improve and optimise the plan
Build and maintain good relationships with the stakeholders in order to achieve a smooth business activities and develop a healthy business atmosphere in in order to meet the Good Corporate Governance framework
Follow macro and micro economic developments, especially its impact on segment of industry that relevant to the SSI group business fields, then give the information to BOD and subsidiaries
To succeed in this Head of Corporate Finance role, you must possess good communication skills and be strong in business partnering.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's (or above) degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; Master's degree is highly desirable
Minimum of 15 years' experience in Corporate Finance
Highly skilled in presentation
Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must
Sense of responsibility and ability to multitask
Positive mindset and motivated
