Job Description Will lead commercial team in East Java & Bali region.Create creative strategies to boost the sales achievement.Handle the B2B offline sales, do the hard-selling sales.Achieve the monthly sales target, focus on sales growth.Maintain the team and make sure they achieve the target as well. JOB REQUIREMENTS : Min.7 Years of experience in offline sales and marketing field as Manager / Head of area.Has experience to handle and delegate responsibilities to team as sales manager.Proven history of creating effective offline sales & marketing programs.Experience in managing successful performance marketing campaigns.Excellent time management and project prioritization skills.Desire to work in a fast pace, start-up environment.Agile and ready to handle changes and challenges on the way.Ability to think out of the box (creative problem solving).Great communication skills using English is a must.
