- Trading terms development and improvement
- Manage account profitability, ensuring delivering sales target by managing business drivers (Discount, BA, Merchandising, Tester, and other trade drivers)
- Responsible for the Drugstore’s forecasting, sales tracking, and reporting
- Responsible in ensuring Drugstore to be profitable channel
- Evaluate market trends and gather competition information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of Channel’s sales. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations
- Special projects as assigned
Requirement:
- Min. holds Bachelor Degree
- 5 years relevant working experience in Key Account Management
- Has experience in handling beauty /cosmetic/ personal care products
- Proficient in active English
- High exposure to giving presentation to top management
- MS Office Literate specifically excel & PowerPoint
- Possess superb analytical skills
- Experience handling & leading a team
- High energy and drive
- Takes initiative, ambitious, has the courage to speak up to give ideas as well as challenge them
