About the role

What you need to know
- To deliver Casualty business growth and underwriting profit in line with the Company Strategy and sharpen our value proposition to clients, customers and partners
- To collaborate in partnership with CBE in strengthening Broker engagement and capitalize its relationship to support Casualty business growth;
- Based on the knowledge of his environment (market, competitions, products, brokers):

- Identify target accounts/list, develop & execute marketing & development plans, design market segment.
- Managing the country portfolio in a profitable and sustainable growth.
- Assisting country underwriting and reporting to the Region.
- Coordinate regional/local communication.
- Insure workflow and service standards (issuance of the policy, administration, premium flow, claims,).
- Oversee business development & cross sell opportunities in collaboration with CBE and other product towers
- Development of the market, promote and market new products & update of existing products.
- Being accountable for Casualty business P&L, and budget.
- Responsible for managing, supervising, developing, motivating and mentoring the team members

What we're looking for:

- Having relevant experience in commercial insurance business development, underwriting and exposure to the Indonesian broker community
- Challenge the business model and successfully negotiate in a fast-paced environment.
- Evaluate risk and exposure to business operations and processes.
- Implement new ideas through negotiation, cultivating personal relationships, sound business planning and consensus building.
- Comfortable using systems to develop and monitor pipelines and sales information and preparing relevant periodic reports
- Analytical and fact-based decision maker who is able to develop insights from data and communicate these to feed into the business growth strategies of the Company.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization.
