Job Title: Head of Brand Align with the overall business objectives for developing and implementing brand strategies for sports brands.
Create, monitor, and develop sales, marketing, and operational strategies.
Lead the growth of the company through products and customer awareness.
Formulate business strategies and execute brand planning.
Develop and implement merchandising plans (product mix, marketing, and distribution).
Handle marketing activities (visual merchandising, PR, and marketing campaigns).
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or related fields.
Strong background in retail business, especially in merchandising, is an advantage.
Expertise in marketing, advertising, market research, consumer behavior, and marketing analytics, gained through hands-on industry experience.
Strong communication skills in English.
Good team player and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
