We arecurrently looking for a Head of Business Development to join our dynamic andfast-growing organization.
As a Head of Business Development, you will be thebackbone of our sales process, responsible for strategically developing theinternal of the Business Development team.

- Create a clear strategy and profitability roadmap for the Business Development division
- Responsible for achieve the key revenue targets
- Maintain and develop relationships with external parties, including dealing with any inquiries from partners
- Make an analysis and research the market trends in terms to emerge the new opportunities business

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree of any major, preferably from Marketing or Business Degree
- Have a minimum 10 years of working experience in business development and related field
- Preferably having a financial background (as an education or experience)
- Experience in lending, or any other related financial services products
- Has good fundamental on business development, pre-sales, and product development
