Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
In-depth knowledge of agency distribution models and industry best practices
Experience with digital transformation and innovation in financial services
Strong business acumen and financial management skills
Responsibilities
Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the agency channel, aligning with overall company objectives
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of agency strategists and analysts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal data to inform strategic decision-making
Drive innovation in agency operations, including digital transformation initiatives
Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives
Present strategic plans and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Foster strong relationships with agency partners and key industry players
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
