The Head of Agency Communication and Change Management is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that facilitate the preparation and delivery of engaging communications related to specific change initiatives implemented across Agency.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in journalism, communication or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years-experience in a communications/media relations capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns with specialized analytical skills related to the job
- Ability to balance immediate needs with longer-term strategic assignments.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- An ability to effectively collaborate within complex organizations to drive to tangible outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Critical and creative thinker.
Applies intellectual curiosity to all aspects of this role.
- Proofing skills
- Must be self-directed and demonstrate the ability to educate and influence others

**On the job you will**:
Communication & Change Management
- Partner with leaders across the organization to develop and execute strategies and messages to support effective, timely and accurate communications to internal and external stakeholders
- Accountable for all communication related to Agency activities (Branch and GA) - owns GM Agency communication, Campaign, Conference, Change in policy etc
- Liaise and work very closely with Marketing team to stay updated with the latest brand guideline and policy when creating the communication content
- Responsible for measuring communication program effectiveness and developing specific strategies and initiatives to improve outcomes
- Guidance and approval from the Marketing team will be sought at key stages of process and coordination with stakeholders will be important
- Accountable for creative ideation and the delivery of the communication plan working closely with Mkt and Sales teams to ensure consistency of message and alignment of content.
Standardize communication tool and framework
- Accountable for overall oversight of the Agency presence on social media platforms, focus on idea generation and overseeing the content creation and planning for all social media activities
- Accountable for organizing conference and events on behalf of Agency division working closely with Marketing team
- Establish a communication protocol for Agency Channel

Conference & Event
- Provide input and creative ideas that help bring to life the events and experience for the audience working closely with Marketing team
- Deliver a range of Agency events for employees such as Towhall, special events and other adhoc needs for internal and external audiences.
