Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As Head of Ads Marketing for Indonesia, you will lead a team of B2B marketers to drive ads growth in Indonesia. Your role spans from strategy to planning and communication of Google’s thought leadership in digital, to support the Sales teams in driving advertising business from large advertisers, small businesses, and agencies.

In this role, you will inspire and educate marketers across Indonesia with industry leading market insights and equip the Google salesforce with marketing programs that establish fresh thinking in the industry and deepen engagement with clients. This is a cross-functional role, involving close work with Go-To-Market, Sales, and PR, as well as collaboration with other Marketing teams across Google’s global, regional, and local offices. You will identify ads product opportunities based on an understanding of what is needed by different advertiser segments, influencing Product and Engineering teams.

Minimum qualifications:

- 15 years of experience in a marketing/advertising organizations, working with client and/or agencies.
- Experience with Google Ads products.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience supporting and enabling sales organizations.
- Experience leading a digital transformation within a large marketing organization.
- Experience in people management and ability to inspire and coach team members.
- Understanding of Indonesian marketers, agencies, and small businesses.
- Ability to develop scalable marketing strategies. Ability to manage, coordinate, and track multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Ability to combine thought leadership with effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Be responsible for Marketing and monetization for Google & YouTube Ads products.
- Manage a high-performing team.
- Ability to build relationships with C- Level of top advertisers, agencies, research, and creative agencies.
- Understand advertising measurement needs and work with consulting companies. Establish Google’s thought leadership by developing and activating Indonesia-first narratives and programs, including local content to drive digital ads adoption (e.g., Year in Search, Ramadan, Experiments, etc.).
- Ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with global and local Marketing teams. Influence global ads Product teams on required product improvements and prepare and activate key product launches in Indonesia.
