Stability & Production

Understand impact of incidents and ensure accurate and timely communications are disseminated to appropriate stakeholders. Ensure RCA’s are completed to high level of quality and thoroughness with appropriate actions that are followed up on and closed in a timely manner Act as conduit between development teams and PSS to drive through stability initiatives and improvements Overall FSS point of contact on production related initiatives/reporting that require development team inputs. Ensuring we can proactively predict future performance capacity and trends, therefore ensuring proactive work is lined up to keep performance within acceptable parameters. When required face off to vendors to drive forward quality improvements.

FSS Communications

Defining and managing a stakeholder communication strategy for FSS Develop and maintain an employee engagement strategy taking inputs from rest of the management team

FSS Service Review

Develop and maintain a FSS Service Review pack that can be shared with stakeholders showing meaningful statistics and driving appropriate actions resulting in service improvements. Present the information in a clear and cohesive manner for stakeholder consumption

Strategy

Be an active member of the FSS management team on defining our strategy across applications, organisation and people. Drive the technology strategy forward in line with the wider FM strategy. Our Ideal Candidate Certification preferred Agile and/or PMP Relevant technical certifications 10 years experience working in Financial Markets technology and/or Securities Services. Application Management experience Senior Stakeholder management Experience driving through communication strategies Experience improving stability of production environments. Vendor management experience. Good technical experience on software delivery
