DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description: Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
Approve and ?polish? dishes before they reach the customer
Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
Arrange for repairs when necessary
Remedy any problems or defects
Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff
Oversee the work of subordinates
Kontrol dan arah arahkan proses persiapan makanan dan aktivitas relatif lainnya
Bangun menu dengan kreasi kuliner baru atau yang sudah ada untuk memastikan variasi dan kualitas sajian
Menyetujui piring sebelum mencapai pelanggan
Pemilihan equipment dan nge-stock bahan baku yang akan habis
Mengatasi service yang diperlukan jika ada alat yang rusak
Bertanggung jawab atas proses merekrut, mengelola dan melatih staff dapur

Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma
Bahasa Indonesia
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Specialize in Western and Asian Food, Leadership Skill
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Memiliki Ijazah SMU/Diploma
Minimum 5 Tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang food and beverage
Ahli kuliner Barat dan Asia (Indonesia, local food)
