We are looking for HCM Functional Consultant in our team who will be responsible for:
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Finance/ Accounting/ Management/Information Technology/ or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years working experience, prefer as an IT/HCM consultant
- Strong knowledge of project management and oracle product/module
- Having experience in oracle HCM is a plus
- Having knowledge of the HCM business processes
- Multitasking and an on-time person with flexible working hours
- A team player, fast learner, and creative
- Having good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills,
- Strong in problem-solving, analytical skills, and leadership skills
- English proficiency is a must
