Calculating the monthly payroll of all employees and ensure that the calculations are correct and ensuring the salary and statutory payments (BPJS Health and Manpower, and related vendors) are paid on time
- Manage all the processes related to the fulfillment or payment of compensation and benefits for employees and ensure that such compliance or payment is in accordance with the regulations or the existing policy
- Check and Handle Taxation payment and report (pph 21), make sure data always update and Payment proceed in timely manner
- Working closely with relevant parties: e.g.
: Workers' Union, Finance & Accounting Dept., Health Insurance Provider, BPJS and Tax Office to ensure the relate tasks conducted accordingly
- Carry out data collection and storage of employees' personal data into the system and ensure that the personal data employee is updated
- Actively seeking for the update information for governance regulation in related area
**Minimum Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 5 years' experience in Payroll, Taxation, and other area of Compensation Benefit.
- Familiarity with whole process of BPJS (Kesehatan and Tenaga Kerja)
- Familiarity with pph 21
- Proficiency in data preparation and spreadsheet software such as Excel.
- Familiarity with NPWP process for expatriate (create, tax report and closed NPWP)
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Willing to be work in Pulomas, East Jakarta
